About SoGood

What is SoGood.ai? An AI cofounder platform. You describe a business idea, and SoGood turns it into a structured plan and runs a team of AI agents that build and operate the business for you — generating a brand and website, registering a domain, drafting and sending email, publishing content, and running marketing.

Do the AI agents really take actions on their own? Yes. Agents can register domains, publish sites, send email from a mailbox you connect, and run and pay for advertising. Once you set the permissions, budgets, and schedules for a project, agents can act automatically, without reviewing each individual action with you first, and those actions bind you as if you had taken them yourself, even if you didn't review each one (this is the electronic-agent rule under UETA, spelled out in Terms §6). These are real actions with real consequences, so the controls are yours to use: you can review, approve, pause, and stop agent activity, and disconnect integrations at any time. You're responsible for what the agents do under the configuration you set, whether or not you approved each action individually.

Is SoGood my legal cofounder or agent? No. SoGood gives you tools that act on your configuration. It doesn't make us your legal agent, partner, employee, or fiduciary, and we're not responsible for your business or its obligations.

What can I NOT use SoGood for? The full list is in Terms §5, but in short: don't use SoGood, or direct an agent to, build anything illegal or deceptive. That means no credential-harvesting or fake login/payment pages, no cloning or impersonating another company's brand or service, no spam, fraud, or malware, and no uploading regulated or sensitive data (health records, government IDs, full financial-account numbers) unless we've agreed in writing to support it. Because the agents publish sites and send email under your name, you're also responsible for keeping whatever they produce lawful and truthful.

Ownership and AI

Who owns what the AI creates — the code, brand, and content? You do. As between you and us, you own your data and the AI output generated for you. We keep only the limited license we need to host and run the service for you.

Who owns the domain an agent buys? When an agent registers a domain for you, SoGood holds the registration on your behalf under its own registrar account. You direct the domain and it's used for your project, but today there's no self-service way to move it to a registrar of your own. If you need a domain transferred or released, contact us here and we'll work with you.

Do you train AI models on my data? No. We don't use your data, prompts, or generated output to train or improve AI models, and we require our AI provider (Anthropic) not to train on data we send through their API. Anthropic doesn't train on API inputs by default.

Can I rely on what the AI produces? Review it first. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and it isn't legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You're responsible for checking output before you publish it, send it, or act on it.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

What does it cost? There's a Free plan, Pro at $29/month, and Expert at $99/month, plus Credit packs. Current prices, included Credits, and limits are on the pricing page.

What are Credits? Prepaid units consumed as the agents do work. There are two kinds. Plan Credits come with a paid subscription: they refresh at the start of each billing period and don't roll over, so any unused Plan Credits expire at each reset. Top-up Credits are bought separately in packs, add to your balance, and don't expire. If you cancel, you keep any Top-up Credits you've already purchased, but unused Plan Credits are forfeited at the end of the period. Credits aren't cash, aren't transferable, and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Will the agents spend my money, and can I cap it? Yes, some agent actions cost real money. Registering a domain and running ads draw from your prepaid wallet, and ad campaigns run against a daily budget you set. Your wallet balance is a hard ceiling: when it runs out, spending soft-blocks (ads pause and paid actions wait) until you add funds. We don't charge your card automatically to keep ads running, so your daily budget and wallet balance set the ceiling.

Do subscriptions renew automatically? Yes. Paid plans renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund? Fees and Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires.

If agents help me take payments, who's responsible? You are. If an agent sets up a storefront or checkout that collects money from your own customers, you are the merchant of record for those sales. That means chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and collecting and remitting any tax are your responsibility, not SoGood's (Terms §8).

How do I remove the "Built with SoGood.ai" badge? Upgrade to a paid plan that allows it. On the Free plan, generated sites display the badge.

Privacy and Data

What data do you collect? Your account details, what you do in the app, payment records (via Stripe), and the data your projects and agents create or process. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data? We never sell your personal information for money, and we never train AI on it. If you allow advertising cookies, some US state privacy laws may treat that as "sharing" — you can turn those off anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Is my connected Gmail safe? We access only what you authorize, only to run the mailbox features (sending, syncing replies into your project). We don't sell it, use it for ads, or train AI on it, and you can disconnect anytime. Keep in mind the agents also send email from that mailbox on your behalf, including outreach and marketing, so you're responsible for only emailing people you have a lawful basis to contact and for following anti-spam law (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR/ePrivacy).

What are my privacy rights? Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, or delete your data, opt out of advertising cookies, and more. Contact us here, or use Cookie settings in the footer for cookie choices. EEA/UK residents can also complain to their data protection authority.

How do cookies and consent work? Essential cookies always run; analytics and advertising cookies run only with your consent where consent is required. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland you're asked first, and anyone can change their choice anytime via Cookie settings.
