Frequently asked questions

  • How much does it cost?
SoGood Pro is $49/month, with 1,225 credits each month. Your team can build your product page on your own domain, prepare images and copy, and set up checkout. Ad spend is separate. On sales, Stripe processing fees are deducted first, then the remainder is split 80% to your business and 20% to SoGood.
  • Is it worth building a store for just one product?
Yes. Your team can build one focused page with product photos, benefits, answers to common questions and a buy button. You can add variants, such as sizes or colors, without adding more products.
  • Can I use my own product photos?
Yes. Your own photos are the starting point. Your team can prepare studio and lifestyle imagery with your product as the reference. You review the images before using them. Product descriptions use the details you supply; reviews are included only when you have real ones. Product photography
  • Do I need Stripe connected before I can sell?
You can start selling through SoGood before connecting Stripe. Once your eligible account is ready, new payments go to it and earlier unpaid earnings transfer automatically. You confirm that your product is ready to fulfil. Stock, packing, shipping and returns stay with you.
  • Will my team launch ads without asking me?
No. Your team prepares ad copy and creative linked to your product page. You review the draft and decide whether to publish it and fund the campaign. Nothing spends or publishes without your approval.
