What this tool actually gives you
Most niche lists tell you what's popular. Popular and profitable are not the same thing — a huge audience that never spends is worth less than a small one that does. This tool takes four quick taps (what you're building, what you know, what matters most, and what you can put in) and returns six specific niches: who is actually in each one, the concrete reason money moves there, how you'd earn from it in your format, and the first thing to publish or offer.
Why audience quality beats audience size
The people in a niche decide what it's worth. An audience whose employer reimburses the purchase, or who spends to make more money, or who is in acute pain, converts at a completely different rate to one that's simply large and curious. That's why every niche here leads with who's in it and the specific mechanism that moves money — not a follower count.
It's also why the suggestions get narrow. "Fitness" is not a niche, it's a category with a thousand people already shouting into it. "Sleep and recovery for rotating-shift nurses" is a niche: you can picture the person, you know what they'd pay to fix, and you can find where they already gather.
Why there's no earnings estimate here
Plenty of niche tools show a CPM, a search volume, or a market size. This one doesn't have that data and won't invent it — a made-up number that looks precise is worse than no number, because you'd plan around it. Audience quality and competition are shown as honest bands instead.
In place of a fake number, every niche comes with a check you can run yourself in about ten minutes: an exact search to type, a community to go read, or whose ads to look at. Ten minutes of looking at the real thing beats any estimate we could print here.
Where your own experience comes in
The optional line in step two — what you've actually done or care about — changes the output more than any other answer. Eight years as a nurse, a decade in logistics, or a hobby you've spent a thousand hours on gives you credibility in a niche that a stranger can't fake and can't quickly copy. If you have one, put it in.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a profitable niche?
One where the audience both has money and has a reason to spend it. That reason is usually concrete: an employer reimburses it, it helps them earn more, it signals status, or it relieves a genuinely painful problem. A large audience with none of those is a hobby, not a business.
Does this work for faceless YouTube channels?
Yes — it's one of the six formats, and picking it changes both the niches suggested and how each one is monetised, since what works for a channel differs from what works for an agency or a newsletter.
Why don't you show CPM or search volume?
Because this tool has no live data behind it, and a plausible-looking number you'd plan around is worse than none. Each niche instead comes with a concrete ten-minute check you can run yourself to see the real demand first-hand.
What if none of the six niches fit?
Tap "Find more niches" to run it again — nothing is saved, so you can freely try a different format, interest, or priority. Adding something specific about your own background in step two usually produces sharper results than running the same answers twice.
Do you store my answers?
No. Your taps and the optional one-line description are used to generate the niches and aren't saved afterward — no account, no database. Free, no sign-up.
