Good to know
What each section is really asking
A one-page plan forces you to say, in a few lines each, who's hurting, how you help, how the money works, and what happens next. Fill it in the suggested order, not top to bottom: problem and customer first, then solution and money, then the one-line vision at the very top last.
Why one page beats a fifty-page plan
Squeezing your business onto one page forces real clarity, because a shaky assumption has nowhere to hide inside a single line. It either holds up or it doesn't. Export the PDF, hand it to a mentor or co-founder, and let their honest reaction show you which section is still thin.
One-page plan vs. lean canvas vs. full plan
All three formats shrink a business onto a page or a few, but they answer different questions. The lean canvas surfaces the riskiest assumptions in a brand-new idea; this one-pager reads as a document for a partner or lender. Full, multi-page plans are mostly for banks and grants.
Frequently asked questions
Is this one-page business plan template really free, with no email or sign-up?
Yes, no account, no email gate, no watermark. Fill in the sections and export a clean PDF or PNG with just a small SoGood.ai footer.
Do you save or see what I type?
No. It runs entirely in your browser with no autosave: nothing is sent or stored, so export your plan before closing the tab.
What should a one-page business plan include?
A vision line, the problem, your solution, target market, business model, revenue and costs, and milestones. A funding ask is optional.
In what order should I fill in the sections?
Not top to bottom: start with Problem and Target Market, then Solution and the money sections, then Milestones, and write the Vision line last.
Can I export or print my one-page plan?
Yes, export first, then print. The Export button builds a clean PDF or PNG in your browser, ready to print or share.
