Logo
PNG with transparency works best. Your logo is processed in your browser and never uploaded. No logo? We use your initials as a monogram.

The PDF is print-ready — exact 3.5 × 2 intrim, 1/8" bleed, crop marks, and 300 DPI. Colors are RGB; professional print shops may convert to CMYK, so ask for a proof if exact brand color matters. No watermark, no sign-up.
Add your name or a contact detail to download. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded or saved.
Good to know
A real print-ready PDF, free, not a watermarked preview
Most "free" card makers stick a watermark on your design or hide the PDF behind a paid plan. This tool skips that: fill in your details and download a print-ready PDF plus a PNG, no account, no watermark. "Print-ready" means exact trim size, either 3.5 by 2 inches or 85 by 55 millimeters, with bleed, crop marks, and a 300 DPI logo.
How to make your business card
Start by typing your name, title, company, and contact details, and watch the live preview update as you go. Upload a logo, processed only in your browser, or skip it for a clean monogram of your initials. Pick a template, size, typeface, and colors, then optionally add a back side with a tagline or QR code.
Bleed, safe zone, and why they matter
When a press cuts a stack of cards, the blade drifts by a fraction of a millimeter every time, and bleed and safe zones exist to hide that. Bleed is background color extending past the trim line, so a slightly off cut never leaves a white sliver; this tool adds it automatically. The safe zone keeps text and logos clear of the trim.
An honest note on colour (RGB vs CMYK)
Because this tool runs in your browser, it builds the PDF in RGB color, the same model your screen uses, while presses print in CMYK, so deep or saturated colors can shift slightly when converted. That's true of any browser-based card maker; we just say so upfront. If an exact brand color matters, ask your printer for a proof first.
Front, back, and QR codes
Turning on the optional back side gives room for a logo, tagline, or QR code without crowding the front, and the PDF becomes a two-page file, as printers expect for double-sided cards. The QR code is generated on the card itself, with nothing stored on a server. Point it at your website, or choose the vCard option to save contact details.
Where to print it
There's no printing service being sold here, so take this as neutral advice: the PDF works with essentially any printer, from Vistaprint or MOO to your local shop, as long as you select the matching size. Since bleed and crop marks are already included, you can usually just upload and order. The PNG works fine at home too.
Frequently asked questions
Is this business card maker really free, with no sign-up?
Yes, no account, no email gate, no watermark. Design and download unlimited print-ready PDFs and PNGs, free.
Is the PDF actually print-ready?
Yes: exact trim size (3.5 × 2 in or 85 × 55 mm), 1/8 inch bleed, corner crop marks, vector text, and a 300 DPI logo.
Will the colours print exactly as I see them?
Close, not guaranteed. The PDF is RGB since it's made in your browser, while presses print CMYK, so saturated colours can shift slightly.
Do you store the details or logo I enter?
Runs in your browser, nothing is stored, no sign-up. Refreshing the page clears everything.
Can I add a QR code to my business card?
Yes, enable the back side and turn it on. It can open your website or save your contact details as a vCard.
What size should a business card be?
3.5 × 2 inches in the US and Canada; 85 × 55 mm in Europe and the UK. Pick your region and the PDF matches exactly.
