What the offer checker looks at

Before someone buys, they need five answers: what exactly do I get, is this for me, what does it cost, what if it doesn't work, and why now rather than later. The checker scores your offer on each: what you get (specific deliverables and the result), who it's for (a named buyer and their problem), price (stated plainly, and put in context), risk reversal (a guarantee, with specific terms), and why now (a genuine reason to act, and how to buy).

"What you get" counts double, because a buyer who can't picture what they're paying for won't pay, whatever the price or the guarantee.

Vague offers lose to specific ones

"Premium coaching to help you reach your goals" asks the buyer to imagine what they'd get. "Six weekly 1:1 calls, a proposal template pack and a portfolio review, for new freelance designers who want their first retainer client" lets them picture it. Specific deliverables, a named buyer and a named result do more for an offer than any adjective.

How to use it

Describe the offer in the main box: what's included and who it's for. Add the price, the guarantee and any deadline in their own fields if you have them, or leave them blank and see what the score says about it. Then work through the failing checks, starting with what's included.

"Fix it for me" rewrites the offer to pass the failing checks. It never invents a price, guarantee or deadline: where one is missing it leaves a bracketed placeholder, because only you can decide what you'll stand behind.

Real urgency, not fake urgency

"Buy now before it's too late!!!" is pressure without a reason, and buyers recognise it. A dated deadline, a fixed number of spots or a bonus that ends on a stated day is a reason. The checker only passes urgency that names something concrete, and only include one you'll actually keep.

Frequently asked questions

What makes an offer clear?

A buyer can say, after one read, what they get, whether it's for them, what it costs, what happens if it doesn't work, and how to buy. Each of those is a check in the score.

Do I need a guarantee and a deadline?

No offer has to have them, and a guarantee or deadline you won't honour does more harm than none. But they're two of the most common reasons a buyer who wants the thing still waits, so the score reflects whether you've answered "what if it doesn't work?" and "why now?".

What counts as a good score?

70 and up means the offer answers the buyer's main questions. 40–69 usually means the price, the guarantee or the reason to act now is missing. Under 40 means a buyer probably can't tell what they'd get.

How is the score calculated?

Each check is a yes/no question answered by an AI scoring model with a probability. Checks average into five dimensions, which are weighted into the overall 0–100, with what you get counting double.

Do you store my offer?
